Delivery Policy

Q1: What is your delivery coverage area?

• Local Delivery currently covers within Melaka (Malacca), parts of Negeri Sembilan, and Johor.
• Alice Florist does not accept P.O. Box addresses.
• Regional orders are made to location outside Melaka. Orders delivered regionally may vary due to regional availability for the flowers required.Alice Florist reserved the right to make necessary substitutions on the flowers used without prior notice.

 

Q2: What is your Delivery Time?

• All delivery date and time is specified in Malaysia/Singapore (GMT +08:00) time zone.
• All orders must be received before 2:00PM (Monday to Saturday) for same day delivery. For urgent deliveries, please contact us at +6016 607 2180, 06-281 7798 or 06-283 4798.
• All orders received after 2:00PM (Monday to Saturday) will be delivered on the next day.
• All orders received after 10:00AM (Sunday & Public Holiday) will be delivered on the following Monday.
• All orders for major holidays or peak season delivery (for e.g. Valentine’s Day & Chinese New Year) should be made at least 3 days in advance due to limited supplies.
• Alice Florist is unable to guarantee time of delivery during peak season (for e.g. Valentine’s Day & Chinese New Year), delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, or military bases. Rest assured your order will be deliver on your requested date.
• Please ensure that all information is correct before submitting an order e.g. recipient’s name, delivery address, postcode, contact number & delivery date. Alice Florist will not be liable for any delays or failures of delivery due to incomplete information given.
• There will be additional charges for re-route delivery.

Q4: What is your Refund Policy?

• All refund requests will be at the discretion of Alice Florist.
• Any problems or complaints upon receipt of bouquets must be made within 24 hours via phone (+6016 607 2180) or email to info@aliceflorist.com.
• Alice Florist is not liable to honor any refund if:

i. Incorrect address given
ii. Incomplete address given
iii. The recipient is not at the delivery location
iv. The recipient refuses to accept the bouquets (as ordered items are considered delivered)
v. In cases such as failure of delivery to some rural areas

• If refund takes place, kindly be reminded that there will be 10% admin fee charged by payment gateway.

Q5: What is Cancellations Policy?

At Alice Florist, it is our responsibility that you receive excellent service. We are unable to cancel or change orders already in process, en route, or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and cannot be changed. Q6: What is your Substitution Policy?

Occasionally, floral and packaging materials substitutions are necessary due to seasonal, or availability issues. Alice Florist reserves the right to substitute any floral and packaging materials of equal or higher value while preserving the style, theme and color scheme of your order.
